Where do I find my pickup time from my hotel?
Click on the Show you are booked in for, at the bottom of the show description you can find the pickup timetables.
What are your cancellation policies for your shows?
You may receive a full refund given you notify our reservations team at least 48 hours prior to the date of your booked show. Guests that fail to cancel their booking within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No show guests will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
What happens if a show at the VOU Hub is canceled?
In the unfortunate event that your show is being canceled at the VOU Hub, our reservations team will notify you and issue you a refund.
How can we obtain a refund?
Get in touch with our reservations team via [email protected] to fill out a Refund Request Form. We try to process refunds as quickly as possible, but it may take 14 to 21 days depending on your bank and external systems that are out of our control. If the funds aren’t back in your account within 21 days, please contact your bank.
What Covid precautions does the VOU Hub have in place?
The VOU Hub is a certified Care Fiji Operator. The VOU Hub has 2 wellness ambassadors that are trained in managing a Covid safe venue and response. While it is not compulsory to wear a mask at the venue we do encourage consistent sanitization and an initial temperature check upon arrival.
Can I transfer or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you definitely can! You can do this by canceling your initial booking and rebooking to another day!
