Sacred Flame – (Wednesday & Saturday)

In ancient times in a mystical place on the Coral Coast, a Fijian community have been gifted the sacred flame that is said to hold magical powers. It is up to those protecting the flame to use it for good – however could fall into the wrong hands?

A young village maiden Evi is coming of age and the village celebrates her womanhood, she catches the eye of the strongest warrior in the clan named Tuni and a fiery romance unfolds. Tuni is called by the chief to go off to fight a distant war with on another island Evi is left in the village.

In the chiefs and warriors absence an evil man Roko has gained power and control of the sacred magical flame and uses to cast a spell and seduce Evi to fall in love with him.

When Tuni returns he finds that Evi is under the terrible spell of Roko and a battle ensues. Tuni is triumphant and Roko is cast from the village for misusing the magical powers of the sacred flame for his personal gain. However in the Fijian spirit of forgiveness Tuni decides to forgive Roko for his wrongdoing.
Balance is restored and the village celebrates, and the embers of the hope burn bright for the future.
